Please read these terms carefully before using NØWN. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
NØWN is an online marketplace operated by Dhruv Pattni, trading as NØWN, based in the United Kingdom. Our website is nown.uk.
NØWN connects customers with independent clothing brands. When you purchase a product on NØWN, you are buying directly from the brand, not from NØWN. NØWN acts as the platform facilitating that transaction.

To make purchases on NØWN you need to create an account. When you do, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.
All prices on NØWN are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. NØWN never stores your card details.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation is acknowledgement that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the brand dispatches your item.
In the rare event that a product is unavailable after you have ordered, we will notify you and process a full refund.
Delivery is handled by the individual brand you purchase from. Delivery times and costs are set by each brand and will be shown at checkout.
NØWN is not responsible for delays caused by the brand, postal services, or circumstances outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact the brand directly through your order page.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

In summary:
You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the item has not already been dispatched. Contact the brand through your order page as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the returns process instead.
Product listings on NØWN are created by individual brands. NØWN does its best to ensure listings are accurate but we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, images, or specifications are entirely free from error.
If you receive a product that is significantly not as described, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact the brand through your order page with photos of the issue.

NØWN provides a messaging feature that allows customers to communicate with brands about their orders. By using this feature you agree to:
NØWN also provides a community Discover feed where brands post content and customers can like and comment. By participating you agree not to post content that is offensive, misleading, or in breach of any applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that breaches these community standards.
All content on the NØWN website — including the logo, design, text, and images — is owned by NØWN or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.
Product images and brand content remain the intellectual property of the respective brands.
NØWN is a marketplace platform. We are not the seller of the products listed on our site — the individual brands are. As such:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
If you have a dispute with a brand about an order, please first contact them directly through the messaging feature on your order page.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, contact us at info@nown.uk and we will do our best to help mediate a fair resolution.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of NØWN after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
